When we entrain the brain we are actually forcing the brain to reorganize to a higher level (this is a natural byproduct of the entrainment process. You actually form new neural pathways. As this happens the way you think and react to things undergoes an unique transformation as well.

As your brain continues to increase its exposure to BWE, the brain is pushed to create new neural pathways, changing
patterns of perception and information transfer in the brain, thereby creating new ways of experiencing yourself and your world. You literally think and react differently.

When this is combined with "intention" through the MMM remarkable results can take place. It is important to remember that what you want to experience has a great deal to do with what you can actually experience. If someone has the intention to change in a certain way then while running the sessions with their chosen intention, they can find themselves changing in away that progressively takes them away from their undesired behavior.

That being said, much of the change happens automatically and might not even get noticed so much by "you" until others point it out to you.

You, deep down inside actually know what you need to do (even if you do not consciously know it) and these recordings will literally form the key you will use to unlock this information and help you with the energy and motivation to act on it.

Don't put pressure on yourself, have the intentions and let the recordings do what they need to do in order for you to gain access.

I realize its hard to imagine that watching and listening to the MMM can have such a profound effect considering everything we have been taught says that solutions are always tough, painful, intensely complicated etc., but this flies in the face of all of that.

What we were taught is not right, if it was we would all be far more successful at life and we would not be having this conversation.  ;)

When we realize that we need to look "within" instead of "without" for our answers all kinds of things are possible.
