Within the area of life that you are working on, your intention describes the big picture of what you want this area to look like and WHY you want to achieve this. The more descriptive and emotional language you use, the easier this statement will instill emotions of absolute resolve. This will ensure that no matter what, you WILL achieve this goal. 

Your #1 goal needs to be a measurement of this intention. Try to make the two connected.
