Convert Music Into MP3 Using iTunes - For PC
Mind Movies allows only MP3 music files to be uploaded into your Music Library.
Depending on the settings in your iTunes, your music may or may not be a MP3.
The following teaches you how to convert your music files to MP3 format using iTunes.
In iTunes
Find the song you wish to upload into the Mind Movies Music Library as an MP3
Click 'View' > 'View Options'
Check the box 'Kind' > Click 'Ok'
This will allow you to see the current format of your music files. Mind Movies only accepts MP3 (it may currently say AAC Audio File and needs to be converted to an MP3)
Click 'Edit' > 'Preferences'
Choose the 'General' tab
Click 'Import Settings' > Click 'Ok'
In 'Import Using' click on the arrows to get a drop down menu and select 'MP3 Encoder'
Click 'Ok' twice to exit out
Click on your song
Click 'Advanced' > Click 'Create MP3 Version'
iTunes has now created a new MP3 version of your song.
You are ready to jump back over to Mind Movies to upload your newly created MP3 in the Mind Movies Music Library.
